Psychotherapy
Our clinic offers individual therapy for children, adolescents and adults alike, utilizing empirically supported approaches to foster emotional and psychological well-being. Our therapeutic approach is based on connection and guided by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and attachment-based strategies.
By integrating these evidence-based practices, we help develop healthy coping mechanisms, improve emotion regulation, and strengthen interpersonal relationships. Our goal is to create a supportive and nurturing environment where individuals can thrive and feel understood.
Art Therapy
Art therapy is an innovative method that allows individuals to access aspects of themselves that are often difficult to express with words. By merging the benefits of therapy with the creative process, art therapy provides a safe space where clients can channel their emotions, rebuild self-esteem, and embark on a profound healing journey.
Through painting, drawing, sculpture, collage, or other forms of artistic expression, clients can explore thoughts and feelings that might otherwise remain hidden. This process can help uncover new perspectives, promote self-awareness, and foster resilience.
Art therapy can help people of all ages—from children to older adults—explore and heal a wide range of emotional and personal challenges, including stress, grief, self-esteem and identity issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship or family difficulties.
At its core, art therapy is built on the belief that creativity is a universal language, one that can reveal inner strengths, promote healing, and support lasting personal growth.
Art therapy can be provided in English and in French.
