At Emery Psychology, we offer Executive Function Coaching—a supportive, client-led approach to building life skills, grounded in neuroscience and tailored to each individual.
Executive Function coaching helps children, teens, and young adults develop greater self-awareness, create healthy habits, and gain the tools they need to become more independent and confident in daily life.
While everyone can benefit from Executive Function coaching, these skills can be especially challenging for individuals who are neurodiverse.
Some of the key Executive Function skills we work on include:
Through personalized coaching sessions, we explore each client’s unique strengths and challenges, clarify goals, identify obstacles, and create a realistic action plan. Regular check-ins, strategies, and practical tools help clients build these skills until they can confidently use them on their own.
Our Executive Function coach is part of the Emery Psychology team, which means coaching plans benefit from the collective knowledge and experience of our psychologists. This close collaboration allows us to approach each client’s challenges with both practical, hands-on strategies and a deep understanding of the underlying psychological factors at play.
Executive Function coaching is available in English.
