
JESSICA TOBIA
Intern, Graduate Student in School and Applied Child Psychology, McGill University
Jessica is a PhD student in the School and Applied Child Psychology program at McGill University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McGill University and a Master of Arts in Child Studies from Concordia University. Her current research focuses on how attention skills contribute to math and reading development in children and youth with neurodevelopmental disabilities.
At Emery Psychology, Jessica supports psychologists throughout the assessment process. She is bilingual in English and French. She is currently completing her practicum at McGill’s Psychoeducational and Counselling Clinic and conducting academic assessments for neurodiverse students at Summit School.
Jessica brings a strong foundation in research and community involvement and is committed to fostering inclusive, supportive environments. She values evidence-based practices that promote learning, growth, and well-being. She has experience working with children and adolescents across a variety of settings, including summer camps, daycares, schools, and research programs.
