Courtney brings 20 years of experience working with children and teens in the independent school community in Montreal to our clinic. Her passion and energy for creating innovative programs and leading strategic initiatives at the leadership level makes her a valued and energizing member of our growing team. With a Master's degree in Educational Leadership, extensive background in schools, non-profit organizations, and as a dedicated community volunteer, Courtney offers a fresh perspective on opportunities and needs of our clients.
Courtney excels in designing engaging and inclusive experiences that promote learning through hands-on activities for kids and adults alike. She’s excited to blend her expertise with her new role as a certified Executive Function Coach supporting children, teens, and young adults in building essential skills and confidence.
Combining her experience in education with her passion for helping students thrive, Courtney is also the clinic’s Educational Success Specialist. She works with families to address school challenges, explore options, and access the resources and opportunities needed. A firm believer in a relational, strengths-based approach, Courtney is dedicated to bringing out the best in everyone. Her warmth, creativity, and commitment to building positive connections help our clients thrive and strengthen our ability to meet the evolving needs of our community.
